From Fat
to Fit.

Willoughby Fitness is a public record of one simple goal: move more, eat better, build consistency and work from 13 st 6 lb towards 11 st without pretending the process will be perfect.

Move.Measure.Repeat.54,920 steps.Eight recorded days.
Why this exists

Fitness without pretending every morning starts with motivation.

The aim is not to build a perfect routine overnight. It is to create something sustainable enough to continue when motivation disappears, energy is low or the day simply does not go to plan.

Walking comes first. Better food choices come next. WHOOP provides the data, but consistency is the real measurement. The website exists to keep the record honest.

The
Willoughby Way.

No dramatic reinvention. No impossible rules. Build the habit first and make the system better as the journey develops.

01

Move.

Shoes on. Headphones in. Outside. Walking is the starting point because the easiest habit to repeat is the one most likely to survive.

02

Measure.

Use WHOOP to understand activity, recovery and trends without allowing one number or one difficult day to define the whole journey.

Track the trend
03

Repeat.

Motivation changes. The routine needs to remain. Progress comes from repeating ordinary decisions long enough for them to become normal.

Consistency wins
